It appears to have an, uhm, exhaust hole (not to call it something else), but no air intake, so it must be propelled by hot gasses coming out through that hole, sort of like a rocket, or a genie. Beans, beans, the magical fruit...
BTW Is it a part of reporters' training to keep talking and repeating dumb stuff over and over again, even when there is nothing new to say?
