Hey just wanted to drop my encouragement to the OP on this project. It looks like it can be really really cool; may lots of good luck and dollar bills rain down on you!
I think a prius like that could end up getting 200 mpg, if we let some guys from CleanMPG drive it. 150ish mpg in an insight could definitely become 200mpg in the Aero Dream Prius.

I doubt that highly. But what it would do is allow the Prius to get the same mileage as it gets stock at 53 mph, up near 60 mph. Which is about 70 mpg...
On a test course around a rural city, some drivers got 150+mpg in a Honda Insight.
I think an aeromodded prius with a cd of less than .2 could get at least that.
