Well there's no doubt that I am in full "FRP" mode now, and I will continue cutting, shaping, and using this stuff as long as they don't run out! I'm pretty sure my aerocap comes in at less than 30 pounds....

as of feb. 09, still holding up great with new owner,
who has since re-geared the rear end and gets nearly 40 MPG!
