Ecomodding milestone announcements

I am wondering if we cannot use this thread for our Ecomodding milestones such as a personal best tank mpg, or a really cool mod. I might cut down on the "dead end threads". If was a really a really cool mod you could link your build thread. I think it might help organization. If we really like it maybe it could be a sticky, like an index.

Just another half-baked idea. What do you think?

Not a bad idea... too bad I don't have any milestones to post right now.

My milestone is a break thru from 35mpg to 38mpg. No cool mod. Just slow down from 70mph to 65mph, pump tires from 35psi to 40psi, motor oil from 10W30 to 5W30.

Now, my goal is achieving 40+mpg consistently without EOC. 40psi to 44psi, 65mph to 60mph, upper grille blocked, more drafting. Try to time the light better so minimize engine off at light (reduce starter wears)

I know how to EOC. (just learn that last week) I know EOC can get 40+mpg easily. I don't want to EOC because I don't want to scare my passengers.

That's why I like using it to reference other build mods. Then again maybe it would be better as a milestone Forum instead of thread...

Got my Last 3 Fills average over 40MPG (55% above EPA!!!)
Last fill at 43.22 (66.23% Above). Shooting for 45, might need some aero mods to get there though.
