ECU question on modified Honda Motor

This yields a 1.5l vtec-e with 9% larger valves. Any suggestions on ecu modifications. I bought a VX P07 California 4 wire ecu for this setup but the check engine light stays on constantly and I'm not sure it is any good. I have wired in a sub harness for running vtec.
