Electric Motorcycle photos

Hey Guys,

I borrowed a friend's electric motorcycle to show off at our local Earth Day event.

I took a bunch of photos of it and thought you might want to see it.

A couple of things unusual about it:

It's a Harley...... but without the usual noise.
It's a hard-tail.... Really hard tail. The rear is mounted rigid, so that the motor could be mounted all the way back on a bracket welded to the frame.

Overall, I like the look of it. To ride, I really prefer mine. Better center of gravity, a little shorter, and lighter as well.

I'd love to have a harley frame to put my diesel on... Call it "hardly ableson" lol.

Nice bike, though. I can't help but think you've mentioned it before, or I've seen it elsewhere.

There seem to be an inordinate amount of people from WI on this forum. I like it.

Thinking of making an electric cycle myself at some point too, but don't have that much use for one right now really.

You should stop by the Milwaukee makerspace this coming Sundaty (may 8th). The milwaukee electric car club is having its first meet of the year. So far there will be at least two vehicles being worked on that day.
