Thanks for the Gage.
In advance.
I need one that reads to 150 psi so I can use it at work.
I have one from Scrap-On that is digital and looks like a tire.
I don't know what it maxes at but I know it reads to 140psi.(found out when checking an overinflated trailer tire one night)
I blew up one of the stick gages trying to read that particular tire.
FYI a 100 psi stick will fly approximately 30 feet when subjected to 140 psi.

At least it wasn't made of lead.

If it was lead it wouldn't have flown 30 feet. Who's the local mathemagician around here....care to take a crack at how far it would have gone if made of lead?

count me in on this Action.

I am on my 2nd el-cheep-o slider guage. It works - but is annoying.

Maybe i will add to my Christmas List.

My slider gauge works pretty well, and has for years.

As far as I know.

Probably.

At least it reads better than my air compressor.

Well, lower anyway, because the compressor shows 25 lbs higher pressure than the slider.

But only while/after filling; just connecting it shows a completely different pressure.

I'd use my bicycle pump on the car, which I believe to be more accurate, but I get enough exercise.

And the pump would only be more accurate at ~100-140 psi, which I'm sure would not end well...

Depending on point of view. For a spectator, it would end SPECTACULARLY at 140 PSI.

I'm still using the knock knock test. I usually aim for 40-55 psi
