Engine block heater plug ideas

Right now i have my engine block heater plug hanging from the lower grill. Does anyone know how i would be able to install the plug into my bumper permanently so it's not just hanging? Kinda something like this:

I did this to my Matrix after the plug pulled out and drug on the ground for a while. Its incredibly easy to do. If it wasn't freezing and dark out, it would have only taken 15 minutes.

Kussmaul Auto Eject connector.
Even if you forget to unplug it, you won't break anything.
