Enclosed motorbike and modular sidecar system

I was looking up eco designs and found this concept. I thought it looked like a fun toy. Have you guys seen anything in production that looks like this?

That's a lot of weight in line with the extended side-wheel, or even beyond it.
I can see this design introduce all the quirky side-car steering issues, and then some.

Have they actually tested this set-up, 'cause that's a lot of weight outside the triangular wheelbase - the side-pod and its occupant - meaning it'll easily topple in a right turn or if the rider steps out.

It leans like a motorcycle.

I would be quite favorable to a project like this, but nowadays in my country side-cars are considered a part of the motorcycle they're fitted to and can't be simply dettached as an accessory.
