That red car is a GM EN-V, made in the GM factories in Shanghai, for the Asia demographic. Pretty obvious GM will make anything that will sell to a particular market, we just have to relentlessly demand the changes we need from them.

IMHO, GM will not make the EN-V for any market. It's just an advertising gimmick and a waste of resources.
