Faster than The Wind - Using only Wind

Two of my good friends have created this mind bending cart that can go faster than the wind powered only by the wind, seem impossible but it is very real - Blog- Ride Like the Wind (only faster)

I can't see anything on the video. Do they have an accompanying theory, and/or instructions on how to duplicate the experiment?

If you look at the three different videos on vimeo you can see that they start down wind, then as they accelerate they start creating a head wind and when they stop you can see they were being pushed downwind. Their blog has more info.
