Samsung in California.

I see Samsung has been granted a licence to test autonomous cars on the roads of California. They will probably be using Hyundai cars fitted with their systems.
From what I have read, here in the UK, they are not looking to build vehicles, but are hoping to develop a system that can be licensed for use by other vehicle manufacturers. A sort of "Windows" for autonomous vehicles.
