Film crew seeks heavily modded car in/around GA, USA. Friday. Will pay for your time

Received this today, and time is of the essense:

Quote:
I am a producer planning a shoot for AutoTrader.com. We are doing it on the 2013 Toyota Prius. I want to compare it to a car thats has tons of mods. We are in Georgia. Is there anybody you can connect me with so I can interview them. It will most likely show up on auto traders main page and we have a small budget to pay them for their time. It'll be tons of fun and good publicity for your cause! Please let me know. The shoot is this friday (march 1st)

Thanks,
Scott Sweeney

Nice! As soon as I saw this, my first thought was literally the aerocivic.

Be sure to post it here when it's done.

I don't suppose an 04 Civic with pipe insulation stuffed in the grill for a grill block and overinflated tires counts as "Heavily Modified"

Mike - most excellent!

If anyone can represent the ecomodding ethos, it's Mr. Aerocivic.

I'm really looking forward to this film.

I had PMed basjoos about this. Glad to see that he is trying to take them up on the offer.

Don't expect to see too much about the aerocivic,. If its like the other videos that they have made for Autotrader (comparing a Toyota Tundra to a purpose-built off roader), it will mostly about the features of the 2013 Prius with just a short mention of the unconventional vehicle.

Go represent aero civic team! congrats!!!
Just advertise on back end like I do with original mpg and last fill with economodder.com at the bottom.
I wish I had a more efficient vehicle to mod but the Sephia gets 2mpg avg better than est. hwy mpg. with 70 % hiway travel, I believe the original mpg would have been near 27. Im knocking down 31 to 34.5 depending upon winds.
I hope I see the program.. should show up on thier online also??

Got 72mpg on both legs for the 92 miles between Abbeville, SC and Winder, GA and burned 2.5 gallons of E0. They were impressed with the car and said there would be about 1 minute about it in the 2013 Prius video to show a car even more extreme aero than the Prius. Should be released in about 4 weeks.
