Smile First full tank on the new Fit, results!

I am so excited to be able to join in this community. You don't know how hard it was on me to feel the burden of $70 fill ups and getting 200 some odd miles to the tank with my '94 F150.

I can now say with much joy that I have completed my first MPG log on the '07 Honda Fit. I travel almost a constant 55mph on my commute to and from work and try not to use cruise control for fear of hills making me down shift.

I achieved a whopping 41.94 mpg! I logged the results in the garage on this site and will be adding more every week hopefully to get a good average.

I am also going to adding the logs from when I drove my F150.

Thanks for looking guys!

Congrats on a nice first tank, and with an automatic no less. Nice job.

It looks like that Fit is going to pay for itself rather quickly.

Great job! I often wonder how much could be saved if everyone commuting in a full size pick-up were to trade to a Honda Fit.

I see many Pick-up trucks where I live with only a driver, used as a commuting vehicle.
