I had exactly zero success until I switched my files to 256x128 monochrome. Even then it took several times before I went from getting 16k files that wouldn't play to my full movies. Last night it started sending me my full movies. They will play in GOM Player (CNet download) and I was able to post them on youtube. Keep at it, the files will be about 2.4M for a forty second clip.
