Today, I attended the Green Vehicles Workshop event at Milwaukee Area Technical College.
I showed off my motorcycle and was a presenter on a panel.
It turns out that one of the other presenters on the panel used to be a race driver. He now owns 7 Insights (penance?).
He has two vehicles entered in the X-Prize! I only got a chance to speak with him briefly. He's in Madison, WI, which is only an hour drive from me.
Any chance that one (or two) of those Insight frames are going to become the rolling chassis for the entries?

It doesn't show a lot on the web page yet, but the builder indicated that the vehicles would be of diesel-electric hybrid design.
