Found this today, looking for something else. Chapter 10 is about road vehicles: Free-Energy Devices, zero-point energy, and water as fuel

I especially love the headache inducing way in which the author seamlessly mixes political ideology, conspiracy theory, outright hoaxes and real fuel-saving devices and technical innovations within a single chapter.
I'm off to try altering the shape of water crystals with my positive thinking. And perhaps build a perpetual motion permanent magnet drum. Because somehow, magnetic levitation allows perpetual motion through a gravitic field.
