Free Golf cart with House purchase!

I just found an article about a small Manitoba town that will give you a golf cart free when you buy a house in the town.

The idea is to have a totally NEV community.

Holy crap! Look how cheap these homes are!! Any one of them would be at least a $250K where I live.

But this town is in the middle of nowhere:

Charrier, who drives a Ford half-ton pickup on the 215-kilometre trips into Thompson, the nearest town

It's over 1,300 kms north of Winnipeg Canada (or about a 26 hour drive ). It's totally awesome that they have this incentive though.
