[FS] 92 efi 5 speed

I have a 92 efi 5 speed ford festiva for sale. It's kind of a weird story. I was selling an efi 4 speed for a friend. He liked his prizm better. So I had a long time festiva nut buyer lined up. He described himself as obsessive and continued to push me to buy and install more parts. The short of it is I was stupid and didn't get a deposit and he backed out. I now have a chunk of cheese tied up in it. I need to sell it and try not to lose my shirt. I have receipts. I will consider delivery. 53 mpg is a consistent best from efi 5 speed festivas. You can get 45 w/o trying. The best thing about the festiva though is it's durability. I've seen 10 now with over 500,000 miles. I found 2 in october. One with 465,000 the other with 475,000 both were on the original engine trans AND CLUTCH!
List of parts done last weekend...
1. A five speed trans
2. A new clutch
3. resurfaced flywheel
4. Rotors, hubs, struts from a 105,000 mile festy I parted out
5. New Distributor cap
6. new rotor button
7. new two stage Tstat
8. new timing belt
9. new water pump
10. new rear main seal
11. new front seal
12. new camshaft seal
13. new valve cover gasket
14. new oil and filter
15. new ngk plugs
16. new wires
17. new lower control arms
18. new sway bar bushings
19. vent bezel (stays put but lower right corner is cracked off)
20. used pass. axle from a parts car
21. fresh antifreeze

Will be putting on a timing belt tensioner this weekend.
It runs great. Current VA inspection. Heat works. Body is mostly straight. The pass fender is a little wrinkled.

I have to get $1850 just to almost cover the car and the parts and labor.

Unknown. The odometer reads about 150k or so. But the engine and trans are from 2 other cars. Runs right though. Great actually. Forgot to add fuel filter to the new parts list as well.
