Ok, found a new one. This one is much nicer and is a 2nd gen! And its red!

Leaving to go look at the car in about an hour. I will most likely be driving this one home today. Has a new tranny, water pump, timing belt, owner says no rust, body is straight with no dents, paint is shiney, interior is clean..... If its as described it will be a great buy.
I will definately check the things you guys have mentioned. Hes asking $995 for it, ill see if i can work something out with him.
