Good to be back

i know it was only 4 months but it felt like a lifetime

my job ran me around for a while there
plus i decided to REALLY get into shape

(ive always been into bodybuilding
and people ask me about nutrition/training all the time
so i decided to take my own advice and make some advances)

so im back and 20 pounds lighter
(while keeping my strength and muscle, aww yeah)


also my last fillup for my echo was 35.25 mpg



anyway, its good to be back!
