Was-Happenin' Captain

Sup everyone,

Names Joe and friend of mine has this site in his sig on another forum we are on so I been lurking for awhile and decided to finally join. I own a '97 Jeep Grand Cherokee aka ZJ. I just started working on my driving technique and few small eco-mods. I plan on getting some serious mpg's so I will post up my efforts.

I also have a '93 240sx vert that is a project but that won't see much ecomod action

laata

Welcome to Ecomodder, Joe!

Hey, you never know, maybe some aero mods will help the performance AND the economy of the 240SX? Do you have fuel logs already started for either?

I joke with the 240 because of it being the drift car but I thought about how the aero would help considering its design. The 240 doesn't run right now since I tore it down but it will be back and mobile soon.

As for logs I just started on the jeep this week. I filled up and started keeping a log. I have been reading about getting a system to monitor my consumption so I can be on point with calculations.

Definitely: a ScanGauge or MPGuino will help tons. Either will pay for itself in no time, given the vehicle.

I'm surprised nobody's jumped in yet to say "ditch the roof racks!" too.

Welcome to the site.
