I pull up close behind semis that pass me, and coast in their wake all the time. My glides get extended a lot, but not that much. My normal highway glides are 16-20 seconds. A drafting glide might add 20 more seconds.
I used to ride a 90 cc motorcycle that topped out at 55 mph on the level. Semis would suck me up to 70 mph, and pull me for a while. Again, it lasted less than 30 seconds.
