I do a lot of answering on Yahoo! Answers - there's an awful lot of clueless people out there - and whenever the question of "what can I do to save on gas?" comes up, which is really, really often, I give them a few of the top pointers and direct them to this site or to CleanMPG.com.

I don't know if it's guerilla or not, but there it is. You'd think people with a question to ask might read through the ones that have gone before, maybe see if theirs has already come up and been answered. Turns out, not so much.

I like the idea of putting your MPG on the back window especialy for us folks that can beat the hybrids.. Every ones gaga over 48 mpg hybrids.. when many moded hondas can pull that down on the highway.. then put ecomodder.com under it.. make it big enough to be readable from a distance.

Ideally the scrooling LED billboard would be great.. you MPG, ecomodder.com, then top driving tips and how they increase MPG.. like 1. slow down to 55mph, gain 7% on your MPG compared to 65mph ....

A business prohibiting the posting of bills is not the same as it being illegal. If they don't like it, they'll probably just ask you not to do it again, and if you persist, they could consider it vandalism or trespassing (those are illegal).

I'd post to individual cars instead of being an agent provocateur at a business selling the product you're trying to reduce consumption of.
