hello

Hello all,

Glad I found this site, great resources, a place where it's not about how fast and what you beat.

I'm currently riding a yamaha fazer 600 and getting 73 mpg but aiming for more, my poor old peugeot 306d died which was great on veg oil until that price went up. my main reason for efficiency is the fuel price at the mo 112p per litre and rising.

I live in kent uk and enjoying the crappy weather!

Welcome, I'm new here myself.

Good friend of mine has a biodeisel processor, worked great till the renderers bullied his sources away. It was amazing to see the market change for waste oil.

thanks for the welcome - i found this site when i googled changing sprockets, so i fitted a one tooth less today and will see what that does.

my wife didn't want me to use waste oil, i think she had visions of drums of oil down the side of the house.
my supermarket price for oil fluctuated quite a bit but i was still saving a bit.
