Hey my name is Adam, I drive a 2001 Hyundai Accent. I was referred from another car forum, and I recently have been getting into trying to get better gas mileage.

Recently after putting lighter weight wheels and lowering it more, Im currently getting 40.5mpg on Highway, and 34-35mpg City. Stock is 35-37mpg Highway!!

thanks for the welcome guys... I will be making another big trip from Minneapolis to Duluth Minnesota on Friday, and we will see what Highway mileage I get with camping gear!

Welcome to the site. The Accent is quite capable of very impressive mileage. Good luck with it. Any specific mods planned?

Im making a new skid plate for the front. I need cap off all areas and direct airflow that the plastic stock plate can not. Thats really all I can do now.
