Hello from St. Louis!

Hey there. I'm from St. Louis and go to school at Univeristy of Missouri in Columbia. I conveniently purchased my Civic from my neighbor just as gas prices started to climb. Funny how things work out. I deliver pizza for Domino's and have learned how to ecodrive while doing that pretty well.

That's pretty good. You should do well with that Honda.

Couple of Columbia MO modders

Hey Supa. There are a couple of us here in Columbia MO area working toward a conversion. We recently bought a '94 Geo Metro with the idea of driving it until the engine gave out, then converting to electric. Well, the engine gave out immediately, so now we're trying to figure out how to do a conversion affordably. We can't afford a kit (around $5K) so will be doing this one with second hand parts probably.

Cheers and best of luck!

Supa -

Welcome to EM! You're not only getting great MPG but your doing it in the hardest context. You're always going to a different location, so it's hard for you to optimize your route. I keep thinking that weight reduction would be a cool mod for you.
