HELP Aveo Steering Pump Removal !

I am sorry to say I own an Aveo. I was wondering if there were any made without steering pumps or if there is a belt that would be smaller that I could use. I just figured its a pretty small and light car. Who needs power steering ? I drove my neon without it for a year and a half. Well Thanks for reading.

Interesting question, what is best way to decommission the system , just loop the oil lines or what?

well that end of it yeah I looped them on the neon. Then there was a seprate belt for the power steering. So, I just took that off along with the extra lines and pump. With the aveo however the powersteering belt is connected to the alternator. So this will not work out too well. Unless I get a shorter belt. I was just wondering if anyone knew of what belts would work.
