Welcome. To get started, first, pick a direction to convert towards. Are you more inclined to modify the body or the machinery, for instance?

oh sorry for not been specific. from fuel to battery. I found a few tutorials online but some of them are bit confusing to follow. We leave in a island relative the size of manhattan n there are lots of hills n xpresWays n all.

A small island is a great place for a vehicle with limited range. How fast and how far you want to be able to go? The lower you set your specifications, the cheaper it will be. If you decide your car will stay off the expressways and never cross the bridges, you might find you can complete the conversion on a very small budget.

As to the tutorials being confusing, well, they should be. This is not a trivial project that you're proposing.

Well, mostly for shopping, laundry and the occasional run to Wendy's lol. there are also lots of parks here that are kind of far from us to walk to. All just minors things

Your desired range and max speed will be the biggest things to make decisions on.
