I would argue the counter-point to this is that the Fit/Jazz is *the* international hit for Honda these days. It makes sense that their #1 selling platform should have more flavors.

The Fit Ev has crisp trailing corners on the rear bumper, and small (vestigial) wheel strakes:







It also appears to have a rear belly pan (at least):



The Fit / Jazz is a brilliant design, and the more versions, the better. This article say it'll have a 100 mile range:

Awesome! It's about time Honda got off of the Fool Cell wagon. I asked them about EV plans at the Seattle Auto Show and they said they'd announce it in LA. Very nice looking, and sized to compete with the LEAF.

I agree that I'd love to see a CRZ electric!

Bring 'em on.....bring 'em on. The more EVs, Hybrids and Plugins the better. Creating the inevitable follow up of aftermarket products that will drive prices of EV components down. YES! Capitalism at work, for the working stiff with a DIY project.
