Honda video of our future, the clock is ticking
I saw this at the movies last night (previews commercial)and went to there web page tonight.
Its pretty cool, just give it a chance.
Sometimes I think the major manufacturers are watching this site and listening...

I am confused about the skateboard.
and that japanese guy, and then that godfather mafia looking guy...then cut back to the skater guy, then back to the mafia man, then the japanese guy, lets go back to the skater, now that jap, then the mob. oh wait one more combo...the jap, the skater, then the mob guy.
I did hear something of 3rd gen bio fuel, and trying to leave an oil age like the stone age.
with a random cut to stopwatch..
I guess that would the metaphor for time.
so in summary, every bull with an ego has something to babble, and there is one scientist talking of 3rd gen bio fuel.

...unfortunately, it is NOT always about "racing power" because to some people (ecomodders?) it is now about "fuel efficiency"!

They were talking about racing the clock more than auto racing; That the limited oil supply is a ticking clock. There was also a fair amount of talk about performance under pressure and that some of the best accomplishments come from striving to do what seems like a daunting or impossible task, in spite of the risk of failure.

...I'm referring to the "paradigm shift" from power to economy within the automotive consumer market (ie: ecomodders, et.al.! ) which all automotive manufacturers should be embracing!

In the recent times most of the advancements made in FE have came from the racing side of the Automobile Industry.
Its no longer "to make more power we make engine bigger"
They are using technology to make the engines more efficient by utilizing less fuel to make more work. The idea of BSFC was born from the racing side not the FE side.
Also in all types of road racing fuel consumption plays a major role in getting to the winners circle.
