How does the Audi upholding Plan work?

I am taking into consideration to buying a used 2003 Audi A4 3.0 and heard that I may be able to get free oil changes and service through my local Audi dealer. Does Audi have such a plan and if yes, how long is it good for?

Better ask an Audi dealership first.
I doubt they'll be giving out free lunches and free beer ...

On this side of the Atlantic, they have a plan to keep you mobile when the car breaks down, provided it's been regularly serviced by an Audi dealership.
