Unhappy how important is the epoxy under b+ bar on open revolt?

Hello everyone, I am assembling an open revolt controller and I have been trigger happy on one of the epoxy components for the B+ bar. I had very very little to put on, so I tried to make it go as far as possible. However not much was there so I am not confident that I got a good mixture. How important is that? I have stopped assembly until I have an answer. Thanks in advance!

I suggest you post this question in the Fossil Fuel Free subforum:
Fossil Fuel Free - Fuel Economy, Hypermiling, EcoModding News and Forum - EcoModder.com
That's where most of the EV discussion is so I think that's where you might find a reader with experience on your question.

Good luck with it!!

I don't think it will matter. Even a tiny bit would still increase the contact area, but, it's already going to be very good contact since you have 4 bolts squashing the bus bar against the copper. I wouldn't worry.
