How to remove kickstart assy on scooter?

GY6, 50cc, replacing crankcase cover, need to remove kickstart assy, seems that there's a locking washer of some sort, how do I remove that?

Hi, Usually the kickstart lever is mounted on a splined shaft with a pinch bolt, very easy to remove. A lockwasher should be no problem to remove. Perhaps if you could post a picture we could be more helpful.
