I am pretty sure there is no "o" on the 1337 h4ck3r talk. What a "l4m3r", silly n00b.
A translation would be helpful to those of us who prefer at least semi-literate English.

pwnage is hacker for ownage typed with over hyper fingers causing the p to be used accidentally in place of the o. Similar to zomg in place of OMG. the z was pressed instead of the shift key.

I learned LONG ago racing around in town just doesn't work. If you're out on the highway, going 5 MPH will get you there faster, if you don't get caught! But around town, just take your time. The red lights get ya everytime! Only time I'll 'have some fun' is if I know that there are no 'equalizers' (stopping instruments) between me and my destination.

Why, yes, I was perfectly serious. But your link to an urban dictionary (shudder) explains all. I'm not an urban person and have zero interest in computer games, so it's not surprising that I wouldn't have encountered the specialized vocabulary of that subculture.
