I made potato pancakes.

This is an assumption, but I don't think it's every day that anyone makes potato pancakes. Last night I had a hankerin' for potato pancakes, found this recipe. Like some of the comments, it says the recipe is a little too watery, so I added a little more flour to make it more of the consistency of... well, pancake batter. This ended up being a very wise idea.

It was delicious, vegan, topped with my homemade applesauce, and by no means a well balanced meal. We all need some junkfood sometimes.

a bgd73 pancake.

I do put other stuff in them sometimes. the ptotato idea is good. I also contamplated a pancakes and gravy mimicking biscyuoits and gravy (sausage, flour gravy) and using these pancakes as an alternative.
Its my version of normal. On the box its 75-100 pancakes. I am not sure what size they really are, and what country the size is from to determine that many servings. So if the box says 75-100 pancakes, it is a bgd73 one pancake.

I am not sure how I got it to be nearly 2 inches thick either. Mmmmm

I have been making cabbage teh last few days...

FRESH FROM THE GARDEN!!! I take off the damaged/eaten leaves and cut the head like apple slices. Then i put them in a put with about an inch if water and steam for 10 to 15 minutes with lid. Drain water off and add butter, salt, and pepper. MMMMMMMM GOOD and it's even organic
