IGBT people - a quick poll

My friends and I were discussing this the other day. Perhaps it's because we're basically part of "Generation Text," perhaps not. However, we've noticed that we seem to be the oddballs in how we pronounce IGBT.

So, a small poll. When you see/say IGBT, do you think/speak....

1). EYE-GEE-BEE-TEE; saying each letter?

OR

2). IGG-BIT; saying it as a two-syllable word?

On a side note, I have someone GIVING me some IGBTs! CMY100DY-12H model. 100A 600V dual modules. Enough to move the go-kart with for sure!

Or pull out your best British accent and say Insulated-gate bipolar transistor, with your noise held high in the air.

Haha, I figured this would be a moment of fun for everyone! I think I confused adam12jb a little when I was talking to him and said igg-bit. He got this weird look on his face, and then went "Oh, you're building the aye-gee-bee-tee version?"

Must be something in the air here in the coal region of Pennsylvania. Paul, you live out west - Do you know what a CMP and/or a VMP is/are (food items)? I had co-workers in Portland, OR that had never heard of them.
