The incredible, driveable Egg! (1993 Nissan NX)

Hello -

Just saw this 1993 Nissan NX for $2400 OBO :

Here's a Wiki on it :

Nissan NX - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I like to think of it as the "Nissan CRX".

I forgot to check if it is Auto or Manual, though, .

And it shares the Nissan Sentra driveline. Cheap parts.

Hello -

Yeah, I always liked it. Just saw another broken down white one on the freeway yesterday.

It's probably sold by now, but I looked up it's MPG on the assumption it's a base model stickshift :

1993 Nissan NX EPA Ratings :
Compare Old and New MPG Estimates

As a function of the NEW EPA MPG ratings, the above matches the claim in the window, so I think it *is* a stick. None of the other models were rated at 24/34. I can't believe I didn't check that when I had the chance!!!!!!!!!!

It shares the whole chassis and a lot of the interior with the sentra. There both b13's. I drive my brothers regularly. There good cars but the nx1600 would have to be in excellent condition to be worth $2400. A rust free nx2000 can be had for $2000 or less in this area.
