I went back with Javascript turned on to see the interior mentioned. The seats appear perfect for jowly 'Muricans.

I like the Batmobile roofline, but it appears it would induce the counter-rotating vortexes rather than supressing them. I'd call the fenders semi-detached pontoons.

Each Barcalounger is missing a cupholder and a remote.

I understand that reference.

Isn't the cupholder dual beer-holder on their hat?

Obligatory aero:

dead air pockets

Since the nose is in a favorable pressure gradient,as long as there are sufficient radii on the perimeter of the pockets, the flow will remain attached after leaving these areas.Leaving the stylists with some room for creative brand identity.

Everything old is new again. What goes 'round, comes 'round. Paleofuturistic aerocap?

Love the "pointy-end" aerodynamics on that little side tank (ha,ha).

Not so much fenders as mud-guards. Conforms to my theory that the outside half of pontoon fenders are unnecessary:

Just A Car Guy:Gary Wales latest, a classic Bentley.

An aerocap? Not an unknown style in the 30s (1933 Pierce-Arrow Silver Arrow). It seems like votexes rotating off the fastback roof would die against the sidewall of the cap?

Just A Car Guy:the coolest car I saw today at the Art Center College annual car show, early 1920s Lancia

A more modern package — the dark sky and light ground provide what is called countershaded camouflage, in a backlighted situation it would look like it's in a spotlight:

Just A Car Guy: the Shelby GR 1 was at the Art Center College annual car show today.... wow... I've never seen it in person before

It looks like the Art Center show was fun:

Just A Car Guy:Not sure who made this, as no info board was by this... but I think it's either Gary Wales, or the Blastolene brothers

I think neither of them.

I didn't see this posted here, even though it's over a year old. Not much substance, but still interesting.
