Okay, you all should be able to upload photos up to 4megs now. The changes aren't complete, but enough is done to allow for the larger images as of right now. So go crazy.

And let me know if it is broken.

When I try to make a new album, and add an image:

The ecomods field keeps cutting off my text when I edit it.

You also need a vehicle class for hybrids.

Also, two users had orphaned cars, fixed that.

Added a hybrid option to the add garage bit. Also, added rankings to the video section.

Also, think I made the ecomods section longer, you can confirm or deny that for me

Implemented most of the final phases of the new image handling system, hopefully all the images should be intact, if you see anything that looks dead let me know.
