I had the exact same scooter only mine was red! and it was missing the belt and batteries, the belt was the hard part to find so I took it back to the dump where I got it.
Some of those used windshield wiper motors, or so I hear.
Nice thing is, it folds so it fits in the trunk of the car easily.

Only the deck was missing on this.

All I need to do is cut some aluminum plate, or maybe even some wood to cover the top and give me a place to stand.

The belt is in perfect condition.

yah, mine just needed charging, and I had a charger that worked. Range is pathetic range with the batteries on it, but I can't complain

I have an extra 180 watt motor from this other scooter project and am thinking about trying the series/parallel switch thing on my razor.

There are various models available for kids in the market; you can try searching online. I bought a kids scooter in 10k $ by online and my kid got it now he is champ of our street
