Just be like, "stop"

On the off chance that someone here has actually taken a joyride on the rails, I figured this should at least add some variety to alternative transportation

A friend and I have been intending to build a party wagon in the vein of this since last summer, but never seem to get our ducks in a row. We aim to make it pedal powered swan boat style out of an old go kart with a cooler in the back. Hopefully we'll pull through this year!

Looks like fun - until you meet the Acela express coming the other way :-)

Stop? I think it'd do a bit better than that - as in suddenly going 80 mph the other way. Or maybe just splat! :-)

A friends parents have one of these & go on excursions/trips with a group. So somehow you can ride on the rails.

There are some unused lines up in VT I've heard people do this on.

Seems like fun, until you meet someone else doing the same thing
