Lightweight 15" wheel options?

Hey I just bought a Suzuki Sidekick and i am getting around 30mpg highway and one of the wheels is leaking air, so am looking to replace the set. current set up weighs 48 pounds per wheel. that is with stock steel rims and 205/70R15s. anyone know of any lightweight wheels that would be good to switch to?

hard to find rims for a sidekick

bolt pattern is 5x139

(some jeeps, old F150, durango)



my advice would be to run skinnier tires

could you replace the wheel hubs with a more common size like 4x100? if so you can get some really lightweight import tuner wheels...

i looked into that years ago


technically anything can be done


but it wasnt worth the time and money
