it seems that in 5x100 there is an alloy option weighting 5.8 to 6.4 kgs from an audi a3, not my measure.
at first sight aerodynamics would be better than VW avus oem, i'm sorry not uploading pictures.
better ride but i thing that not very much room to great fuel saving or performance from 205/55/16 actual setup to best 195/65/15 setup. Main differences will be:
+0.4% taller gearing?
-8% rolling resistance?
-25% wheel +tyre weight?
+ a little better aerodynamics?
will all this make any difference to the following setup?
I'm planing reducing 0.6 kgs per wheel and moon caps (doomed hubcaps) instead of 7 big holes beatiful alloy wheels.
i'll test smoth hubcaps again for better assessing the aerodynamic change.
to sum up:
going from 16in 9.6 kg alloys to 16 in 9 kg steel rims but with moon discs?
improved aerodynamics plus aprox. -3.5% wheel+tyre weight saving per wheel?

Out of curiosity, why only OEM wheels? OEM wheels are not always easy to find, and sometimes not even the cheapest option.
That said, some of those are quite impressive. For example the lightest cast 15x7 wheels out there are probably 11 pound Kosei or Enkei, while some of these OEMs are close.

Of course you can use what you find cheap but in most cases the oems are cheaper. Because not all sellers know that they are expensive and good quality wheels. This Mini wheels weigth 4.9kg (10,8 pounds) per piece 5 1/2"x15 ET 46 5x112. Those mini wheels are the most aerodynamic I have ever seen. Those poles are also very thin so they dont make so much turbulence to inside wheel with the flat discs in place. That set cost 400€ with "new" tires that have 7mm thread depth left.

That's pretty light. Very few "cheap" aftermarket wheels are that light in that size (only one or two ROTA 15" wheels are in that range) and to get something lighter, you're looking at expensive forged racing wheels.

Here's my list from my car's garage page... there are links to further info on the page itself, under planned mods...
Possible wheel swaps for gearing/weight advantages:
13" Civic VX 8 spoke (higher RPMs but only 9.7 lbs.)
14" Civic HX 8 spoke (approx 11 lbs)
15" Mini Cooper R81 Imola 7-hole (12.1 lbs)
15" Mini Cooper R86 star-spoke (15 lbs)
15" Mini Cooper R96 7-spoke (13.8 lbs)
15" Enkei Classic J-speed (14.1 lbs)
15" Enkei RP-F1 (9.5 lb)*
15" Kosei K4R (10.7 lb)*
15" Konig Helium (11.2 lb) 40mm offset, hub bore 73.1mm*
15" Acura Integra GSR (94-95, 16lbs)
Other size specs to double-check for any possible swap: Offset 35-45; bolt pattern 4X100; lug size 12mmX1.5; hub center bore 56.1mm minimum (larger needs spacer rings). For more info see 1, 2, and 3 (for general wheel size data across models).

14" Enkei RP-F1 (8.4 lbs)*
14" Kosei K1-TS (9.3 lbs)*

Are they still available?
EDIT: here is a page with them for sale but with claim that they are 12lbs:
