Links in Sig

How do I put a link to a favorite thread in my signature, without it reading "http//etc etc.." but like "My Latest Thread" or something. Like MetroMPG does with his 'latest project' link in his signature.
I'm feeling a little stoopid again. (It happens often)

Make a link and insert the location you want it to go to and click OK. After it's done it should look a little like this.

[ URL="http://test.html"]http://test.html[/URL]

Then just change the text in bold to what you want it to say.

There should also be a button that looks like a chain.
