LOL of the day, MPG Ebay product

OMG this is so dumb, there is no way this works right?? I would love 40MPG for my neon but this has to be fake... Here is a snip, the link is at the bottom...

It messes with the voltage the engine computer sees coming from the intake air temperature sensor. It tricks the computer into thinking your car is bringing in colder air than normal, and so it uses more fuel to compensate.

So how would using more fuel get me more MPG?

I'm surprised they're not selling aerodynamic mods, even though we know they work.

Whats funny is my car is 132hp.....So i'd go down 2hp? lol, and that would give me 15 more mpg?
