Looking for a metal fitting to grab the wheelwell edge

I am looking for a small metal fitting that will clamp on the wheelwell edge and extend out toward the wheel. It needs to be drillable to allow a bolt through to fasten a wheelwell cover.

The idea is to clamp on a half dozen or so around the wheel well and bolt a wheel cover to them.

Anyone ever come across such a thing in your sperimentings?
