Louder horn and a pedstrian horn...

Long story short, my low note horn has been busted for about a year.

I got a cheap little horn off of a Honda Spree and installed it until I could find a inexpensive, loud horn to replace it.

Today, I Installed the new horn I bought, and put the Honda Spree horn in the rear bumper.

It's been discussed on here before to mount a bicycle horn or something to honk at pedestrians, or in situations when you need to do a up-close honk, just to let someone else know that you are there... but I think I am the first to actually do it.

Here is a video of the new horn up front:

And a video of the rear horn:

That's awesome. Such a happy go lucky friendly sounding horn.

AND! You can use it to honk backwards at idiots who drive up to your rear bumper when you're stopping to parallel park!

exactly! although I have to be extra careful with parallel parking since I don't have reverse lights. My lighting system is a mangle of wires right now... not much is working correctly... but that's another forum.

Thanks for the comment

Excellent idea, Sean! I use my horn to 'beep' more than honk, so something like this would be handy. I pulled up to a light today next to a friend's mom, and tried to beep to her, but the car was cold so the airbag cover was stiff; I accidentally gave her a very angry sounding honk. A little embarrassing lol
