i have a candi koko low speed electric car

I'm sure you could, but you probably wouldn't want to drive it. I haven't looked up the specs on your EV, but I highly doubt it has enough power to push around a stepvan at anything other than really slow speeds. Plus, to integrate the two would be a pretty huge amount of work.

Go either one or the other.

How about taking a small gen set and integrating it into the electric car as a range extender? Or make your own out of a 50-100cc engine and an alternator/generator to run at the optimal speed as needed to keep the batteries topped off.

Or you could do what I did and get the plans from Mother Earth News and modify them to fit your application.
