good idea but on my car I want something like that but ajustable from inside the car while I drive

To adjust it you would just need an old choke control assemble or use soemthing from a riding mower like a throttle control or rig something up with a conduit and a rod that slide inside it.

Ive tried various blocks and the more you block off the better your mpg are. It just runs hotter and depends on the fans more for cooling.

Having said that I try to find a happy medium so the fan only clicks on 2-3 times during my commute, but I am still able to leave the heat on high to stay toasty warm as well as the engine,
